Examples:

Hey from Finland! To me what helps is to get up with light. For that, light alarm but also - smart lamps in the living room and kitchen. So that it’s bright there when I step out of the bedroom.
I was wondering why the windows in the ladies’ section in the gym were frosted, it would be nice to look outside. Then I suddenly realized why. What a f***ing world we’re living in. 🫠
The Technical Assessment started and... ended right away.
