Extremely, EXTREMELY excited to say that after 8 months of job hunting, I can say I'll be back in the games industry again!

My unfortunate reality is my PC broke on my move, so have to wait until that is fixed to do much of anything 😭

Almost all my game engine skills starting all the way back in my freshman year of college is in Unity. Having to toss those skills away would set me back by a lot
honestly tonight i’m just bummed for the hundreds of unity employees who saw this one coming and didn’t feel like they had any ability to stop it. i am sorry, bad c suite decisions suck
All the Unity discourse today giving me a stress headache, but it'll def be better to learn other engines. Unreal would be best for me to learn for professional setting, and Godot would be great for personal projects
That being said...hoping Unity reverses course :c

God the Unity changes are just so bad for all developers no matter what type of team you are.
Really hurts because Unity is where most of my game engine and game programming skills are in 🥲 Might be time for me to properly learn UE5 and Blueprints I think
