City offices and facilities, including the Community Center and Library, will be opening at 10:30am Tomorrow, Monday, February 23. The Takoma Park Recreation Center will open at 2:30pm. Yard Waste Collection will occur as scheduled. All programs beginning after 10:30am will proceed as scheduled.
