Fun fact: EZ-PASS interop uses SFTP; it's incredibly cursed.

Also the USA should have better transit card interop as we already have toll interop on the East Coast.
Also we can minimize pesky payment card interop fees + concerns with PCI compliance and the like.
Japan and (kinda) UK did it.
One thing I think America needs more of is fare gates.
Put them on the trains!
At the airport!
At the movies!
At the theme park!
Less human costs on ticket checking while potentially increasing throughput and convenience.
I think I saw United pilot this in Denver, but they were off.
Though, work does need to be done so transit *feels* safer.
Security guards, fare gates, and cameras do help it feel safer, even if it's mostly security theater.
One thing that's nice about a modern city is that I don't need a car. Sure it isn't perfect, but it's nice to sit on a bus, get some work done, and just relax.
It also is usually safer, because traffic injuries are quite common in the States.

I spent the past decade mostly doing "computer things" so I needed to do non-computer things. Especially since I have a 9-5 that's just AppSec and bug bounty stuffs.
I have the Bambu X1C; it's a fantastic printer! Would recommend.
Outside of computer things (eg homelabbing) been hiking, getting into 3D printing, doing cosplay at a few local cons, and am also trying to get into skiing this season.
Yep! I'm doing AppSec work these days and slowly finishing up my Master's. Hoping to be finished with the Master's by late next year; mostly doing it because it's covered by scholarship.
Trying to also pick up some hobbies and "touch grass" too.
