I've been in exam season for 2 months straight so that's certainly not helping hahah still have finals to go
Note: definitely do NOT quit meds without a doctor'z supervision if possible, I just don't have access to good Healthcare and the doctor who prescribed me those meds gave me the prescription w/o diagnosis and then ghosted me so 🥲
One of the unfortunate consequences of going unmedicated was that I got my insomnia back yeehaw taking a million years to sleep and then waking up every couple of hours is not it 🥲
I can deal with the couple anxiety attacks a day but not sleeping only makes them worse
