New footage yet again contradicts DHS claims about its killing of a US citizen Body camera video obtained by CBS News in the Ruben Ray Martinez case is another example of the administration misrepresenting lethal action from immigration agents.

This plainly was another homicide of a US citizen by DHS. But since the victim had brown skin, Texas authorities could care less.
