Probably having 35 additional streetcars in service compared to today could be reasonably done.

To be fair, some of those spares exist to maintain fleet levels and essentially as an insurance against breakdowns & fleet roubles.

I -do- agree more funding should be allocated to the TTC to operate more of these cars esp bc we currently have 18 more cars sitting than required to maintain levels
