ea should take the 5% or whatever commission they were giving to the folks with creator codes and let us just buy stuff with cash like we’ve been doing. like what the hell??? but it was never really about supporting creators it was about profiting off of their work.

the part that’s really blowing me is the profit split. like…70% for…hosting a file???? be so fucking for real….

this whole thing is so disappointing because i’ve always wanted a way for community content to be directly included/accessible in game, but this implementation is a fucking nightmare scenario. worst timeline.

the creators supposedly set the price point so it just looks to me like someone (besides ea) being greedy and taking advantage smh.
