Does this exist (?): a tool in Chrome devtools (or similar) where you target a pixel and it finds the exact element with the applied CSS rule that accounts for why that pixel is the color it is (whether it's a font color or a background-color or whatever)

There are many remaining issues and rough edges but, anecdotally, it's quite a bit snappier than Glint V1 was on my medium-large codebase (not to mention less clunky too config), and there are many more opportunities to do performance optimizations in the coming weeks/months.

There's been a few cases where it ALMOST happened, cases where precedent was set allowing pardons to be rejected, but has it actually happened that someone was forced to testify post-pardon where they would have been protected pre-pardon?
I've read that Hunter Biden's pardon removes his Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination on the grounds that there's no risk of conviction, meaning he can now be compelled to testify against his family (only his dad, at this point). Is there any exact precedent of this happening?
Similarly, tools like Volar will increase the similarity of how framework-specific formats like .vue, .svelte, .jsx and .gjs/.gts *behave* in our editors.
