It has been a busy week in our household! Katie was biking herself up until the day before her appointment. I was happy to be able to pilot her and our little Hansi both ways. We have also taken him on the bus for a few follow up appointments. I love living in a city and having options!

ward 9 and minneapolis as a whole are so lucky to have jason chavez. he has always been a presence in the community, and even moreso now during the ICE siege when he seems to be working nonstop to keep people safe

i don’t trust them because they know streets are high injury and refuse to allow traffic calming. until they can figure that paradox out and decide to protect humans over cars, i’d welcome a camera on those streets. they don’t even allow us to create our own civilian traffic calming. they destroy it
people should really take a look at the traffic calming request portal on the city website themselves to see how many streets are not eligible for it, and how many are high injury too
