I did a stint in digital fraud prevention. Sometimes while it's not super logical, there's a good chance the scammer psychologically manipulated them, and then the panic of the "empty" wishlists caused them to panic because of the sunk cost. With so much desperation out there, it's easy to prey on.

Well it took me entirely too long but I think The Lost Crown was my game of the year. Some perfectly executed gameplay and story beats.
First game I beat end to end on GeForce Now too, which has very much changed how I’ll be handling my console purchases going forward.
