I can only assume this response is for library books and I agree there, I wouldn’t fold the corners in that instance.
But books I own? Weather-beaten, read and reread, dogged pages, the ghosts of folded corners. I love it.
Yeah I’m the opposite haha. Spill your favourite coffee on the pages! Slightly tear them in eagerness to get to the next bit of the story! Fold the corners! Crack the spines! Love the book haha

This local Wolfdog joined an Olympic ski event and triggered the finish-line camera. This is Nazgul. He snuck into a cross-country skiing sprint this morning and raced the homestretch with some competitors before being escorted home. 14/10 someone get him a medal
Thought I’d try something different to soundtrack my day, so I put some whale song on while I worked.
