lately i'm thinking i might also have ocd but idk what to even do about it bc of how poorly i've responded to various antidepressants, which are usually how they attempt treatment iirc...feeIing like i should look more into tms or something

used to tell myself "nothing's gonna happen, it'll be fine" to hype myself up just so i could even get out the door

i still do that but had to change to "if something happens then i am equipped to handle it" because as long as i have my pepper spray then that feels like slightly less of a lie now

i hate every action always feeling like a gamble. even just going to the store, i'm weighing probabilities. "what're the odds some bullshit happens today? how equipped am i to handle it?"

i feel it. i want to live a fuller life, and we still have choices, but if i don't minimize risky variables then my mind gets so, so loud. even when i know it's wrong, every fiber of my being just shouts "this place is not for you, NONE of this is made for you," trying to remind me i must be careful

apparently sewn closed and shallow but definitely pockets nonetheless! i'd still like to get a new bag though, carrying my big backpack all the time hasn't been ideal

dreamt i was at a show in a parking garage where people were "moshing" with CARS, just driving around and crashing into each other and the pillars holding the building up. it was kind of cool but i was sorta panicking about getting outta there without being run over
