The pIqaD looks messed up to me. There's words without enough characters and what looks like English letters here and there. They probably just copied the text as it's written using English letters, not knowing there's a specific way to write those letters in a pIqaD font (Eg tlhIngan becomes xifan)
Is this not more of a "while you fight" than a "as soon as you fight"? Then it would be {DaghobtaHvIS, qaSpu'DI' lup 'ej bISuvtaHchugh} "while you fight, as soon as a minute has happened, if you continue to fight.... "
For the second part, I wonder if {Qa} is the correct verb. Does the actual size of the power increase? Like, physically grow bigger? That's what {Qa} is (like a balloon grows bigger, but the amount of material stays the same). {ghur} is for having more of the same (anger and attack range can {ghur})
For the first part, once you add {-vo'} onto {'oH} it's no longer the object of {ghan}, so it becomes, "if one looks at him/her/it in the direction away from it". I suggest {jaghvetlh bejlu' 'e' mevlu'chugh} "if one stops watching that enemy" or something like that.
I don't believe you need the {-lu'} in there. You can just say {maw'Ha''eghchoHmoHmeH may'} "the battle for the purpose self-un-crazying".
This based on things like {ghojmeH taj} "a knife for the purpose of learning" that doesn't use {-lu'} even though there's no stated subject.
Glasses, as in the things you put on your face, is {neqratlh}.
