A quick 20 min run to start the day. Still feeling a bit tired from the 10k on Sunday, but at least I can still do some running.

Good morning. Was so knackered last night that I was asleep just after 9. Pretty much crashed out. Joys of a busy weekend, you end up more tired than rested.

Doing a return on Amazon and I have to be home between 11am and 9pm so they can pick it up. Ugh. But that’s kinda what motivated me to go for a run 😂

How are we all, me hearties? Good Saturday? I’ve done some stuff, had lunch in town, trimmed a bush in our front garden, got rid of some brambles in the back, topped up the washer fluid in the car and sorted our front door camera out. And some work stuff too. Cleaned the back patio.

Sounds a fun evening! I used to do shisha when one of my mates still lived locally. Don’t think I’ve done it since he moved away a few years ago.

Dressed up too warm though. Absolutely sweating buckets. Don’t be fooled by the chill in the air, kids. The sun is doing its job!
Ended up going for a gentle 6k in the end. Sunny skies. Blue skies. Working from home. And an easy start to the day meant that not going for a run would have been silly.
