Are you doing any other stimulants like caffeine? And are you on the name brand or generic? I've been on Vyvanse for about 3 years now, varying doses 10mg, 30, 40, name brand & generic. It's SUPER unforgiving of variations in sleep or other stims.

I have a 7900xtx, no overclocking, constantly shits in UE5 games & VRChat. Last week I started raising the power max in Adrenalin & crashes have significantly slowed. Runs hotter, but I'll take it. I guess the drivers run conservative due to thermals but it starves the card & leads to timeouts?!?

Tried disabling ray tracing? Also, maybe raise video card power maximums in the driver (if you have the thermal overhead)?
