It is literally the easiest thing in the world to get a medical discharge. I know of someone who got it for claiming erectile dysfunction. There are so many resources for how to leave. If you stay it is a choice and a genocidal one. And I have no sympathy

It’s a bummer and my feelings about my work struggling to find a home over the years got a little too wrapped up in it, but yeah, it’s their loss ultimately and I’ll just find another home for it
