Sadie Maskery lives in Scotland by the sea. Her short stories can be found in publications including Extra Teeth, Odd Magazine and Starship Sloane. Her most recent poetry collections are 'Overheard Lovesongs' and 'The Usual Apologies', with poems printed in The Scotsman, Poetry Scotland, Red Ogre, and various other awesome places. She can be found on Bluesky as @saccharinequeen.bskyb.social. When not writing she enjoys ambling and doodling. (That’s the blurb I sent in full. I like the ambling and doodling bit so I am adding it back in.)
Well now, there's happiness! @acidbathpublishing.bsky.social

A bright pink square with the words ‘Today is our 117th Birthday!’ in the middle, in front of a glowing circle. Beneath this are the words ‘Championing poetry since 1909’. At the bottom of the square is The Poetry Society’s logo in white. Along the top of the square are rows of multicoloured bunting.
We’re 117 years old today!
The Poetry Society has been championing poets and poetry since 1909. If you want to help us continue our mission to promote the reading and writing of poetry, consider joining us as a member, or donating to us. We’d be delighted to have you. poetrysociety.org.uk

Cover art for "There's a Party in the Free Zone" by Whiskey Radish.
A fantastic blurb from Kayla E (Precious Rubbish) for the final book in our @sfwa.org grant series:
"There's a Party in the Free Zone" is a little miracle of a book. Ink-smudged one-panel poems and pocket fables that land like a voicemail from your subconscious: funny, tender, and a little haunted.

The copy reads as distinctly ChatGPT / genAI / etc. in tone.

I think it tracks that the heaviest users are focused on advertising / marketing copy and on technical docs, etc.
The verbiage does tend to trend to the "standardized" or formulaic side, and there's rarely any call for a distinct or unique authorial voice as for creative writing.
