In regards to the Celsius case, do you have any opinion as to the odds of the court/judge enforcing a clawback? I feel their current offer at ~27% is a bit harsh, but seems like they'd be setting quite a precedent if successful. Only other major case I'm aware of that pulled it off was Madoff

Could it be Ark Intel? They’re platform is incredibly useful and the UI is top 1 imo, but not sure they’re classified as “dev research”…

One would think that the binance FUD would equal opportunity for Coinbase. Stock price says otherwise. Probably because they're also a trash exchange in the business of selling securities and treating their customers like scum.
