Since I left the safehouse for trauma...I've celebrated every year. Every march 9-- it's a bitter sweet day for me. I reflect on everything I survived, the people I've met, the things I've achieved. I thank the people that has impacted my life in some way. I want to thank the folks I befriended here

As someone who's been doing pilates for 10 yrs and taught with the core foundations of Joe Pilates (the dude that invented the workout) there's too many gimmickie ones and merchandise that conflates yoga with pilates. 😭 And they're two separate principles

still got a dull headache but I can finally keep my eyes open since the pain isn't as bad anymore. Still can't handle too much light but it's tolerable. T-T now, off to try enshrouded in the darkness
My fiance was worried 😭 coz I couldn't even keep my eyes open. The gummy was the only thing that helped me sleep. Coz it's like your head hurts too much to sleep but you need to sleep the auras off 😭 it was like damn....stop bullying my brain
