i think you are missing the more obvious solution to the problem.
it's way easier to directly deal with a problem numbering in the thousands than trying to guard people numbering in the millions from them.

should 100% be weekly sprints to knock first place off the board from every outlet
navigating to somewhere you hadn't been before by car required either specific, written turn-by-turn directions relayed by phone in advance or a dedicated navigator with a giant accordion-fold map
later, progress allowed for printed directions from mapquest, and that felt like sorcery
except it doesnβt cover wheelchairs at all.
there is a specific carve-out that exempts manufacturers and distributors of medical devices as defined by the fda. and both mechanical and powered wheelchairs are classified as medical devices.
this bill exempts literally everything.

this bill exempts literally everything.
i mean, it basically prevents anyone from being responsible for anything.
truly a masterwork piece of legislation from the blue team. the very act of complying (ie, selling a replacement battery) exempts you from needing to comply.
also this real banger of a carve-out, aka the "and these guys too, but especially amazon kuiper and starlink" section (((please don't get mad at us messrs bezos and musk)))
8(a) specifically excludes motor vehicles, and the rest of section 8 goes on to exclude a bunch of other industries as well, so i'm pretty sure it is that overbroad
(full section included here, also really like the "product that has never been available for retail sale to a consumer" bit)
except we won't. the carve outs in that bill are so huge it applies to literally zero companies.
here's my favorite one: any company that manufactures, distributes, imports or sells even one battery doesn't have to comply with any part of this law.
i wonder what every cellphone has inside it...
crimsport gang rise up
just get him catnip cigarettes

that line about how it's laughably bad to have a requirement to disclose any copyrighted works in your dataset is sending me
did it occur to you to... maybe not use copyrighted works in your dataset? and that might be the behavior being motivated here?
or, at the very least, license them?
A company that used to be an eponym for "finding reliable information quickly and easily" was recently found telling people to put glue in their pizza because of a short-sighted pivot to a profitable trend. Like, come on, even if what you're saying was true there's a problem of scale here.
Oh no I can't unsee this
reskeet

Iβm here, I guess! Check out my latest project - the Game Boy Mini Camera! Itβs a Game Boy Camera shrunken to the size of a regular Game Boy cart for a more pocketable carry. Uses an iPhone XR lens array!
