I have considered providing the option to pass a block to the `serializes` call for customizing the lookup. Would that work for your use case?
Ah ok I see! Right now, LiveComponent doesn't handle this in any automated way. You'd have to write a custom deserializer and add the `includes` call there.
I think you only meant it as an example, but I would encourage folks to avoid creating records in components. Use the controller for that.

Can you expand a bit on what you mean by "required child attributes"? You can customize which attributes are serialized for the model itself, but I haven't done much thinking about associated records. Would love to hear how you'd want that to work π
