This is something I've been anticipating. There is no realistically achievable and legitimate war aim in Iran other than exfiltrating nuclear materials and equipment. If this happens, much will be forgiven, many justifications become possible.

Bones don't spontaneously wear down or move around or develop cracks or cavities. Teeth do. Maybe yours haven't yet, but it's inevitable.

If you wait until it hurts, that's like 3x the cost and discomfort to fix it. You need X-Rays.
