Right, so…the narrator Rose & Yew Tree says in final para something like ‘I saw it all…’ re Isabella getting shot. My theory is: he literally saw it all. He was there, in same place… Why? I reckon he followed John and Isabella on their travels abroad, cos obsessed with her. He paid someone…
