Yep, I'm aware of duey. That's part of why I give my students lots of writing time in class. It makes it much easier to see if their pattern changes later, and something like duey definitely changes the writing style and error pattern.

Yes, you get to adjust the objectives of your want to. I usually don’t need to change them, but often I eliminate 1-2. Sometimes a student won’t understand a question. I teach them to write, “can you ask the question another way?” I love that they get to learn how to do that.
