Jealous! Sony does not have anything like this to my knowledge.
Whoops, not sure if you can comment tag on here. Ran out of space on this one and forgot!

A sunlight mountain side
I have been watching a lot of James Popsys videos recently and he has been talking a lot about 65x24 crop.
This was a throw away photo that I took from the truck on the way back home from another location. Pulled over, grabbed my camera, took a single shot from the driver seat and continued on.

Mountain lit by sunrise golden light being reflected by a forested lake.
Not 100% happy with this one, feels a little busy and I had a hard time making it feel “balanced” in Lightroom. Regardless, taking this photo was a great way to spend the morning before work!

Thank you!
Snow covered mountain range
Throwback for #Stunday! This was the first time I took my camera ski touring. Was definitely a little cumbersome, but I think the results were worth the effort.

Thank you, I appreciate that!
Happy new glass day!
Trees stand exposed above a lake in front of cloud covered mountains
Exceptionally rainy weekend in the Bow Valley means moody lake photography… and soaking wet camera gear. Pretty happy with what I have been able to get so far.

Absolutely! Sometimes I find it easier to find something interesting if I can isolate a specific scene.
Absolutely right about compression!
Great point and absolutely agree!
Mountain side shrouded in cloud.
Telephotos are underrated for landscape in my opinion. I love being able to simplify the scene down to just the light and textures on the peak/mountain side.
Tons of rain forecasted for this weekend, hoping to get out and get some moody shots.

Amazing shot!
Absolutely agreed!
Helicopter flying in front of a cloud covered mountain.
One advantage of living near all the chaos of the G7 is being given dozens of opportunities to take cool photos of helicopters in the mountains.

Looking down a wet, wooded trail at a snow covered mountain in the background.
Went for a photowalk this weekend in a national park next to the one I live in, pretty happy with the results.

Twin waterfalls cascading over rocky terrain.
Another from the archive, a particularly beautiful spot with lots of history. Hoping to make another trip this summer!

Thank you!
Mountain at sunrise, reflected in a lake.
Another one from last year; nothing like a calm, cool rocky mountain morning.

Wow, great shot of a beautiful bird!
