Here’s a hypothetical.
Two countries (A and B) attack another country (C).
In country A, public support for their attack is over 90%.
In country B, public support is less than 32%.
Whose war is it?
The terrorist Iranian regime double tapped a school and killed 180 kids. We must boycott their fossil fuels. We must hunt down their leaders and get them in cells in The Hague. We must ensure that every commander faces justice…
Oh wait that was the US

Republicans are pushing DOJ to bring criminal charges against Cassidy Hutchinson for spilling the beans on Donald Trump's Jan 6 shenanigans.
This is all about creating a chilling effect on anyone in the administration who is *currently* witnessing unethical/illegal behavior.
Trump’s second-term pardons are historic in their enormity—billions in fines erased, allies protected, donors rewarded, DOJ undermined, and election norms threatened. Corruption looks less like an exception and more like the rule, says Cato’s Dan Greenberg.

I've been thinking about this Pew survey all week. It's incredibly depressing and makes me wonder what it would be like to live among people who didn't despise one another. washingtonpost.com/nation/2026/03/06/americans-immoral-unethical-survey/?itid=hp_more-top-stories_p002_f006
Can you imagine if Russia had killed 165 Ukrainian schoolgirls? Or if Hamas had killed 165 Israeli schoolgirls? Or if Iran had killed 165 American schoolgirls?
The outrage would, rightly, be off the charts. It'd be spoken about for years.
But when the US killed 165 Iranian schoolgirls... Silence.

Just a quick reminder, most of the US goes onto Daylight Saving Time this Sunday, 3 weeks before most of the EU and UK. Thus there is one hour less time difference across the Atlantic until March 30. Fortunately, there's a cool tool to help you plan calls and online meetings across time zones. #DST

People like Goodwin hate Britain. They want to drag it to antiquity because a backwards, discriminatory society is the only society they can thrive in. Without discrimination and disadvantage for others, they are nobodies
No, party leaders should be urging Brits today to get a grip and realize one reason our country has flourished over the centuries is that when you embrace folks who come here from overseas in pursuit of a better life, it makse life here better. The welcomed assimilate. Those we shun, not so much.
"At the time the company only disclosed that "some" customers had been affected, but has now confirmed that millions of people had their personal data taken."
Well, TEN MILLION is "some" I suppose... yikes, TFL.

We had a fantastic launch for our Senedd election manifesto in Wales. Just a shame my good friend, senior colleague, former Leader of Reform in Wales and convicted traitor, Nathan Gill, couldn’t be with us to enjoy it.
Is it just me, or does Hegseth seem to derive sick, twisted pleasure from blowing people up? How often does he watch these videos? Who does he watch them with?
I’ve always thought the whole point of the White House is that it’s not a palace. It was never intended to be palatial. It was intended to be the opposite, a temporary home for an elected president who serves the people not a permanent residence for a line of monarchs who served themselves. #NoKings
A low-angle, wide shot of Crystal Pier in San Diego during a soft sunset. The sky is a gradient of deep blue and warm orange, with thin, wispy clouds catching a pink glow. On the right, a woman in silhouette is captured in motion, running across the wet, reflective sand toward the center of the frame. Her reflection and the dark pilings of the wooden pier are mirrored in the shallow tide.

I will be deeply disappointed if this is not reported by the BBC as further proof the US sinking of the IRIS Dena was an extreme violation of naval rules of engagement #BBCNews @sommervilletv.bsky.social @shayan86.bsky.social @hzeffman.bsky.social @benedictgarman.com @bbcmaryam.bsky.social #IRISDena
And the most ultimate of losers are the American consumers who voted for Trump.
Further evidence that Pete Hegseth flat out murdered scores of unarmed Iranian sailors in a flagrant, self-indulgent and bloodthirsty violation of all rules of engagement at sea, just so he could brag about his obscene lethality on the media. The man is an evil, cowardly international terrorist.
This is a very funny one to read the replies to & quotes of because while many are thankfully explicit, there's also many that are generic anti-AI replies where you can't QUITE tell if they're referring to the military using Claude for targeting or the poster using Claude to tell us about it
An Iranian warship destroyed in a US torpedo strike on Wednesday was "defenceless" and participating in an international naval exercise as a guest of the Indian navy, according to reports. Former Indian Foreign Secretary Kanwal Sibal said “the Iranian ship will not be where it was if we had not invited it to talk [sic] part in our Milan exercise”. Sibal added that because it was taking part in an exercise “it was defenceless”. Indian politician Supriya Shrinate said on social media: "These Iranian navy men parading at an event in India, were our guests. Invited by us. "US submarine targeted their ship and killed them while they were returning home." Shrinate also criticised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his failure to make a statement on the attack.

A very cool thing about getting on the internet in the late 90s, early 00s, was you got to meet people different from you in different places as long as you shared a language and an interest. And there's this moment where it seemed like we were all just going to become loving and peaceful that way.
At least with Churchill there are things you can like along with the things you don't. The American administration has absolutely zero redeeming features.
Spot on!
