I would instead invoke Java with the necessary args in the ‘ENTRYPOINT’
If you override it, it will be overridden for the whole lifetime of the container though, right? If I am not mistaken @parenko.dev wants to set the env variable for a single command (the entrypoint?) and then unset it for the rest of the container’s lifetime. In that case I wouldn’t use ‘ENV’
You can unset environmental variables with ‘unset MY_VAR’

In ~5 minutes I was able to create a minimal reproducer to check whether github.com/quarkusio/qu... is a Quarkus issues or a bouncycastle one. The result can be seen in github.com/zakkak/quark.... Claude code 1) generated the code, 2) run it, 3) gererated the readme 4) commited+pushed the changes.
In this year's #JCrete hackday I decided to toy claude code to start incorporating genAI tools (that go beyond slack-chats/mail/meeting summaries, etc.) in my day to day work. My first attempt was kind of a disaster and I ended up writing a script to the job, but today I had my first success story.
