Any sources about this Amex policy? Sounds like an odd criteria, customer deception may come in many forms, whether it’s AI image, or photoshop, it’s still about not getting what described on ad.

Most likely majority of buyers don’t have Amex, or the reason is mainly about cost of shipping back.

We'll add ability for speakers to add edits, but we also try to adjust transcription model to better understand names, brands, tech terms. It does much better job than default YouTube models, but not perfect yet.
I believe we're not that far away from having this fine tuning options available.
