They're harder to sell, and property appreciates by percentages so you'd make more money by getting into a more expensive property"

The same seems to be true with volunteer charity organizations I've worked with. The ones who work the hardest and give the most are often ones who have been in the position of needing aid themselves

Personally, I've experienced the most random generosity from people at protests who look broke and homeless. Idk how it is that people who seem to have nothing can give so much
