Currently I'm running it a couple of times a week at an open table at Iglootree in south London, and I'm gonna be running it online for as many Friends of Melsonia as I can manage. GMing it is shockingly moreish
I made the maintenance somewhat automated, so the number I picked for the script was quarterly. Welcome to join though! Not like there's a punishment or shame in taking a gap. Can always re-enter
Also, players personal maps are closely guarded secrets now. Information is currency! I give it a couple of months before they start selling secrets between games.
I don't need to give RP motivation or conflict. They bring that in spades 100% organically. In silent agreement all parties have committed to subtly screwing over each other by hiding secret doors and collapsing obvious routes. It's all gone a bit Lord of the Flies

The meta game aspect of having multiple groups going through the same persistent megadungeon is unexpectedly awesome. The *anxiety* caused in all new players when they realise that an unknown number of strangers (and ""friends"") are gunning for the same prize as them? Magical. There's your RP!
