A Great Blue Heron fishing right next to a thin patch of ice. The heron looked to be tracking something (probably a tiny fish) and I wondered if the bird would punch through the ice to hunt...but the heron eventually turned away from the ice and flew to the shoreline.

Doesn't give you pause that his own gut reaction was to support an illegal war? Taking a contrary position from his lauded Davos speech about middle powers charting more principled paths than US et al?

I don't think most disabled people would be able to afford them anyway. I'm on Disability & can't even afford the copay on regular glasses, given the govt's sub-poverty income support+limited optical coverage.
So much cool assistive tech is out of reach of the majority of people who'd most benefit.
