That said, for the near future, I'm developing a few games, really smaller than Battle Tea, so I can make a portfolio to find a job, working for other people (hopefully some other indie studio) or even sell a cool game if something really nice comes from this. (4/5)
For now, I'm really loving Godot as a game engine, while I still find GameMaker very good, Godot has a lot of things that really come in handy, so I'm probably using it as my main game engine (3/5)
So I'm gonna put Battle Tea on hiatus. No, I'm not canceling it, I'm just pausing the development until I'm a little bit more "stable" in both mental and economical situation. (2/5)

As some of you may know, I've been developing Battle Tea for 2 years and a half, but such game has become a bit too much for me and also I'm recently passing through economical difficulties... (1/5)
Testing something...
Cursed representation of an enemy that is made of a big bunch of other enemies of an specific type, with the filename "fatman.png", name that luckily didn't pass the filter and is only used internally on the game. The author of this "mesterpis" decided that a big amalgam of enemies could be just drawn with a circle and some poor aseprite brush removal to make a weird looking mouth, eyes and nose. Definitely something that was to be changed, and it did.
My pixel art skills are almost null but I still managed to make almost all the graphics in Colorfire Redux.
However, the Baddiestein was actually drawn by @foriask.bsky.social, prior to the current design this was my first attempt...
