My book Conflict, War and Revolution with @lsepress.bsky.social has nearly 14k downloads, quite an achievement for a scholarly book. But the most wonderful aspect is global reach - despite coinciding with the war against Ukraine I have downloads in Russia and more surprisingly ten in Afghanistan!!!
Congratulations! Excited to see this published
Gisèle Pelicot given France's highest award. I should bloody well hope so.

Delighted this is out today - Naila Kabeerβs Renegotiating Patriarchy is a brilliant account of the lives of Bangladeshi women. A story of a country, an optimistic tale of feminist progress and an academic book thatβs a joy to read. And free via @lsepress.bsky.social press.lse.ac.uk/site/books/m...
