Turns out if you ever changed your WOTC account email address, you can never submit a support ticket again because it requires you to sign in, and the cross-site authentication doesn't work if you've changed your email.

Yeah there’s inherent variance. But it’s the same conversation as people saying mana screw and flood make Magic too random for serious competition, yet the same people do well year after year.
There are sealed experts who crush with terrible pools and randos who lose with busted pools.
