Tool used, and no it can't decrypt anything. It can only see what's sat, plainly unencrypted on your own pc.
@vrchat.com now uses AES-GCM encryption, this cannot be bypassed. And honestly its probably the best update they ever did.
Nope, you can't rip any assets from VRChat for like a year at this point. They actually implemented decent encryption end to end. The V3 has been in the works for months. Ironically Micca asked me for the source code to v2 and I simply said no... We've both made our own content. Stop assuming.
As I stated as a reply on his thread, the content I was looking at was my own avatars and the unencrypted content in the game install folder. Anyone can do this with any unity game.
