Y’day I sat in a room full of successful entrepreneurs with the challenge of finding myself a mentor. I’ve had a few in the past & consider myself an entrepreneur. I’m looking for a photo mentor for 6 months any ideas please @bulloch.photography @davidqueenan.bsky.social @dylannardini.com
One I've shot before but this time no mist or fog to clear the clutter, although the snowy backdrop isn't the worst this time.

Yes, I spoke to a few people saying the same. I'm sure it will settle down now though and it'll move over here 😂
It was just a weekend trip, so Saturday was the only wet day and wasn't too bad tbh

It's stunning mate, being hand made it has so much craft and feeling in it which only compliment already beautiful images.
Get one while you can.
Just like buses.

Thanks Sarah. When I've shot here before I try to leave it out but wanted to try and bring it into and be part of the scene this time.

You see a lot of these rocky foreshore photos, usually from the east coast though. But I love the colours and the shapes here, those sexy curves and that little pebble . . .
Very clever from Jonny, I had to zoom in to work out what was going on, and beautifully captured and edited too.
I know Andrew and I’ve seen many of his photos of his Mam, so I’m always reticent about shortlisting a mate. I’m also not really a portrait person but this one stands out above any of them for me. There’s something about the contrast of tones and textures, and the shape of the pose. And of course there’s the ongoing story that is filled with emotion. I really want to choose it for all those reasons but also I’d love her to see it in the book.
I dislike symmetry in architecture, but for some reason I like it in photography. There’s a sort of order to the top 2/3rds with complimentary colours going on, then the chaos of the crowd in the bottom 1/3rd. Well done Dale.
I usually expect to be drawn to the landscapes, but I’m seeing an amazing variety of clever and very different images this week. Narrowed it down to 5. Comments in the alt text.

I know EVERYONE says this, but it’s very, very difficult to choose between such a variety of lovely images. I still haven’t decided as I type this.
Ok it’s @supergios.bsky.social His photo his very cleverly composed and he just gets it in a photo finish (and a VAR review). 👏
