Out of all the daily horrors, I think this story disturbs me the most. A bunch of religious fanatics are knowingly trying to end the world to fulfill some biblical prophecy.

This is no different from Putin saying MH17 was shot down by Ukraine or Assad saying rebels gassed themselves.

Donald Trump once opposed war and promised to remove America from foreign entanglements.
This is why he broke that promise.
At more than $5 billion and counting, the cost of Operation Epic Fury so far could cover SNAP benefits for more than 2 million Americans.
But instead of feeding hungry people at home, we're cutting food stamps in order to lower taxes for the rich and boost military spending to record levels.
So far the war in Iran has cost an estimated $5.5 billion.
That's roughly $1 billion per day.

People do not want this.
They want a living wage. They want healthcare. They want to be able to afford a home. They want their basic needs met.

$1B to refurbish Trump's Qatar jet
$300M on Kristi Noem's jets
$100M+ for Trump to golf

And now $50B in emergency funding for war in Iran?
Priorities.
Trump has launched a war in the Middle East without a plan, without a strategy, and without any clear idea about where it leads or how it ends.

The White House wants an extra $50 billion to fund Trump’s illegal war.
That’s on top of the Pentagon’s $1T budget — which Trump is trying to boost to $1.5T.
Remember that over half of defense spending flows to private corporations and the Pentagon has failed eight financial audits in a row.
A new Senate report alleges that over 1,000 FEMA contracts, grants, or disaster assistance awards were delayed under Kristi Noem's watch.
Why?
Because she demanded to sign off on expenses over $100,000 — which delayed aid to victims of floods and hurricanes.

The Trump regime’s worst policies are colliding in Camp East Montana, the nation's largest ICE detention facility, and creating even more human suffering.
