I saw some trusted feedback that you need to be able to depend on the players to be able to control the narrative and think on their feet, kind of put a bit more stress on it then I'd like

I worked with this data, it has its issues but not because of what you've said.

It's because people don't always announce their subs, which then means it doesn't get logged.

An example of the difference is Kaicenats subscriber count being 10k more then what Streams Charts recorded

For #3 there are close estimations based off of chatlogs

Streams Charts does exactly that, it's not 1:1, and won't ever be due to what you've said, but for gathering the top amounts it's possible to do and also reach out to verify
