How removed from their humanity are they that they can trivialize those deaths? Or worse—turn them into propaganda.

And Trump's ego won't allow him to recognize how hard he's been played by Russia (and China) this whole time. He'll either be heartbroken and furious, or swing irretrievably further into denial.

There is literally no angle that makes them look normal.
