Driving the coast from Brissy to Sydney is a great trip. Lots of excellent coastal towns great beaches. Rain forest inland from Byron & Coffs. Hunter Valley wineries. National Parks everywhere. Great food and pubs everywhere. All types of accommodation including beach side camp sites
