Itβs pretty crazy but I think Iβve been in serious state of major burnout for the last 2-3 years. I felt inadequate in my life and job because whenever I would take βrestβ it always feels like I could never recover.
I just found out that it could take 3 months to a year to recover from burnout. π₯²
Iβm overcome with a wave of anxiety over my job and applying for another job suddenly as Iβm about to enter a meeting for work. Lmfaoooo. π
