It’s shocking to me how many people I know who have deleted Instagram.

I think about this often when I imagine being a fly on the wall in the room where Rao’s reinvented spaghetti sauce into a $2.7B business or Tate’s reinvented packaged cookies into a $500M business. On the surface both looked like dumb ideas in very saturated markets, but in the end were very smart.
