What's your technique for juggling all the pieces?
Leader pro tip: Sending a "Happy Thanksgiving" note on Thanksgiving may seem like a nice gesture.
But does your team need to think about you and work today? Or just spend it with their friends and family?
Share it yesterday or tomorrow - gratitude for your team is important. But give them today.
Mentors are great. Should they be one or two steps ahead of you or all the way at the finish line?
On your way up, remember to bring others with you!
