Like I said: there's no evidence if you ignore it all.
There isn't evidence of anything if you choose to ignore everything.
I think they were trying not to be sore losers, undermining democracy like Trump has been doing for the last 5+ years.
I also think it was a mistake.
There was enough evidence & irregularities to warrant a much deeper investigation, but after Trump crying wolf there wasn't the will to pursue it.
There was evidence of legitimate votes not being counted, so that rules out your "NO EVIDENCE" shout.
There is plenty of evidence of things not being as expected & public confessions from Musk & Trump.
It depends what you define as evidence.
There is plenty of evidence, including public confessions from Trump & Musk.
Is there a single smoking-gun piece of evidence? No.
But Trump supporters have no trouble dismissing anything & everything.
πππππ
I would suggest "spanner" rather than "say".
But your point is valid & on point.
Pretty much.
Along with hubris from the country (or at least regime of) that believes having the "best" & most expensive military in the world automatically gives them a win in the video game wars they start.
At this point, though, one has to wonder why a potential "pee pee tape" release would be of any concern to him.
His only concern seems to be what he thinks others think about him, which is different to the contempt & lack of respect that most of the world currently views him in.
How many ballistic missiles did the French resistance have in WWII?
The only possible way this ends remotely well is a graceful exit by America - & that's only going to happen if there is regime change in America.
I've seen suggestions that Trump seeded most government organisations with loyalists in his first term.
And that as Biden was not Trump, he didn't go through government purging them when he took over, leaving them in place to "sabotage" government actions detrimental to Trump.
But it's his own view of his image that matters to him- not how other people truly see him.
And there's a pretty big mismatch between the two.
I think this is his idea of a 'deal' as well.
"You agree to adhere to certain terms while I fuck you over."
Is that surprising?
The ONE thing that has become crystal clear in the last year is that Donald Trump cannot be trusted.
Are we sure he's not an alien trying to mate with humans?
I use tech a lot & am well up for things that make my life easier in whatever I am trying to do on a given day.
That lisp comes & goes.
I think it's got more to do with how well he fitted his teeth on a given day.
That is strong man's talk - unlike what is coming out of Hegseth's mouth.
Open voter suppression is every bit voter fraud as is someone without the right to vote attempting to.
The difference is illegal suppression of multiple votes against single illegal votes cast.
Ethical issues aside, I'd be interested to have a use for it.
Maybe my understanding of it isn't enough to visualise how it could help me.
I'm into tech, but can't see a use for AI in my life. What I really need is a chef!
However, I assume AI is increasingly involved in predictive text & don't find my interactions with that encouraging.
Also in my genealogy research - lots of trees using this wrong connection doesn't make it right!
Trump isn't a man that anyone should trust, because he is not trustworthy.
His idea of a deal is something that binds the other party but not him.
The good will created by the USAID programmes was squandered immediately when the programmes were axed - especially by the way there were cancelled.
It's going to take a generation to rekindle any good will toward - or trust in - America.
Also, why does the noise of construction work at the White House bother a First Lady who is not living there at all?
Been there, done that. π«
Gives quite an insight into the ramblings of the President of the United States, however.
You need not to have people around who know anythingβ¦
You mean during the Korean War?
Apparently America doesn't currently have the honour or the balls to actually declare war, preferring to claim to the world that this war isn't actually a war.
Rather like Russia's "special military operation" in Ukraine: a war by any other name.
Sigh.
