Front, back, side of a 3D model, plus descriptive text, is what I gave an artist when they made a friend's actual ref sheet.

With the extra detail of a 3D model, being clear on what does and doesn't matter is important. If you really don't feel strongly about appearance, what you said seems fine.

My headphones say "Charge me!" every few minutes when low on battery, and that being announced could be problematic, too, when you're clearly not wearing headphones and can't charge your cloaker…
