I just figured any fellow medicated ADHD-ers on the generic should do a little searching to see if your numbers line up with the recalls. To my surprise, mine did and I'm glad I looked.

Impacted capsules would not be able to deliver an optimal level of medicine. I kind of felt something was off, like I've been a sluggish unorganized up/down mess more often than not the past couple of weeks LOL

Cooking — Tomato bisque with a grilled cheese on the side. The grilled cheese had a couple different cheeses on a brioche style bread, but the star of the show was definitely the soup. It was so creamy and good. It’s got carrots, onions, celery, and the correct amount of garlic sautéd in butter, spices, quite a bit of heavy cream, more garlic, chicken broth along with the tomatoes topped with another swirl of cream. Umami overload!

Tried my hand at making a tomato bisque for supper. I saw one YouTube short yappin about a grilled cheese bisque combo.

…It did its part in influencing me.

I'm always on a perpetual quest to maintaining healthy gut flora and digestion, so I decided to pick some up and I was pleasantly surprised by how tangy and lip-smacky they were.

Dentist visit went good. If anyone has ever experienced a tooth infection, was it not like... Some of the most pain you've ever felt? Sharp and needle-y jab at all hours of the day. I was on some medicine to help with it prior to today, and now I'm all fixed up.
