Like. Ok? But I still have to come in and bust ass for 10 hours again tomorrow. Take call a week at a time. Have too few coworkers who actually work. Have an overloaded outpatient schedule on top of the ER and inpatients. The phone rings off the hook. Constantly just ON and it’s never enough.

The mental and physical health of healthcare workers is so bad, me included. There are signs hanging up to address it here but the CAUSES are not addressed or fixed. It’s just like “lol think about what you did well today and go home to relax!”
