Be Sensitive To Pain We need to raise our standards for the quality we expect out of the tools we use.

Too many of us are prone to the "That's just how it is/works" mindset. I think we can do a lot better as developers. Be sensitive to pain and create a better solution.

Use Packages Because You Choose To. Not Because You Have To. Developers have gotten too comfortable with having someone else hold their hand for every little task. We can do better than that.

Something I think more devs need to hear. People are way too comfortable with dependencies nowdays.
