The pot looks fine, try carefully lifting it out of the pot to see how the roots are looking. If there's loads of them crammed against the sides, then repot in a nice chunky mix into a slightly bigger pot. Don't go too big though, only like 2 inches more diameter.

Looks like it's getting direct sun? That might be scorching the leaves. Try moving it away from the window so it gets indirect light rather than full sun exposure
